Birds of North America's Winter Chippy Dress is an updated version of their long-running Gallinule cut and it's back this season in brand new prints! It has the same vintage-inspired fit-and-flare cut you know and love, but is made new with a wider neckline, elbow-length sleeve and longer hem. This magical print features luminescent blue mushrooms on a starry-sky black background. To make it even more special, the caps of the mushrooms and the stars actually glow in the dark!!
